About the Mediator
Mat Swoboda at Mediation Solutions provides professional family and workplace mediation services focused on respectful dialogue, neutrality, and practical resolution. The goal is to help families or co-workers reach informed, voluntary agreements in a confidential and supportive environment. With a diverse background in arts and creative, Mat received his mediation certification at Herzing College which is accredited by both the Alternative Dispute Resolution Institute of Ontario and the Alternative Dispute Resolution Institute of Canada as well as the Ontario Association of Family Mediators.
